HB 73                                                                                                                         
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                                                     
March 11, 2015, calendar (page 427), was read the third time:                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN)                                                                                              
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representatives LeDoux and Saddler moved and asked unanimous                                                                    
consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a                                                                
conflict of interest.  Objection was heard, and the members were                                                                
required to vote.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 73(FIN) pass the House?"  The roll
